TubieTable is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that recipes will meet your specific medical or nutritional requirements.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, P and V Enterprises LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of TubieTable, including but not limited to adverse health outcomes resulting from following recipes generated by the service.
