TubieTable is a product of P and V Enterprises LLC, a Utah limited liability company ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use TubieTable at tubietable.com. By using TubieTable, you agree to the practices described here.
Account information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and a password (stored securely via Google Firebase Authentication).

Usage data: We collect basic usage information such as how many recipes you generate, to enforce free tier limits and improve the service.
Waitlist sign-ups: If you join our waitlist, your name and email are collected via Formspree and stored by Formspree under their privacy policy.

We do not use your health or family data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose other than providing the TubieTable service to you.
Your profile data and saved recipes are stored in Google Firebase Firestore, a secure cloud database. Firebase is operated by Google LLC and is subject to Google's privacy and security practices. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
Recipe generation requests are sent to Anthropic's Claude API. These requests include your profile details (restrictions, age, weight, etc.) to generate relevant recipes. Anthropic's data handling is governed by their privacy policy. We do not send your name or email to Anthropic.
TubieTable is designed to be used by adults — parents, caregivers, and individuals — on behalf of themselves or people in their care, including children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. All accounts must be created by an adult (18+). If you are a parent or guardian entering information about a child, you are doing so on their behalf and consent to this Privacy Policy on their behalf.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal information from our systems within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including using Firebase's built-in encryption and secure authentication. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your TubieTable account.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new policy on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of TubieTable after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
